“I know a Digital Divide exists within inner-city, low income communities. Growing up in the community of Watts, and still living there, I feel it is my calling, through the use of technology, to help inner city students become successful individuals on the road to achieving academic excellence. Working at LA's Promise and playing a crucial role in the Blended Learning project, has put in the driver seat to provide students an opportunity to reach higher goals in life.” - Hector Hernandez
