Susie Fahey, Assistant Superintendent, Intervention & Support
Susie Fahey is the Deputy Superintendent of Intervention and Support with LA's Promise. Susie works across all three LA's Promise schools to strengthen student intervention programs. She is responsible for ensuring efforts are targeted to the highest need students.
Susie began her career as an elementary school teacher. As an accomplished instructional leader with over 23 years of experience in public education. At LA's Promise, Ms. Fahey will have two primary responsibilities. First, Ms. Fahey will be providing direct support to Muir Middle School. Second, Ms. Fahey will work across all three LA's Promise schools to strengthen student intervention programs.
Susie received her BA in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University, her Master of Science in Educational Adminstration and California Administrative Credential from National University and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from San Diego State University. Susie has a number of additional certifications and credentials.
She has worked as part of an administrative team in improving academic achievement in two low performing schools, one elementary and one middle school.
