C. DeJuan Ruffin, Office Manager

C. DeJuan Ruffin began his role as the Office Manager of LA's Promise in August of 2011. Even though DeJuan began working in the corporate world, he has spent the majority of his career working in the non-profit sector. After completing undergraduate studies in biology and graduate studies in clinical psychology, DeJuan decided to follow his passion for music and education and is currently completing graduate studies in Commercial Music and Vocal Performance, Classical.

In his free time, DeJuan enjoys the outdoors, the arts, and spending time with his loved ones. He enjoys reading biographies as well as fiction.

The first quote that comes to his mind when it comes to education is one from none other than the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson himself: “…Don't stop til' you get enough…”
